In memoriam of Michael Scheflan

Michael Scheflan Tel-Aviv, Israel June 4, 1945 – February 12, 2022 We are shocked by the sad news of the death of our Colleague, teacher and friend, Michael Scheflan. Totally unexpected, his loss is also a great loss for the International Plastic Surgery Community. He was a master in every field of Plastic Surgery that he put his name on, and we all totally admired and respected him. And for those lucky ones, such as myself, who had the pleasure of meeting him in person, his calm and wisdom were an incredible example. Our Community, his friends and his family are going to miss him a lot and we want to send condolences to his family and our Associate Society, the Israel Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.
